Met the most amount of female leaders, are who gave me an amazing perspective what it is to be a strong, independent and successful woman. Met Arabic women leaders who have made it bing in the Arab world. They are not only clothed with dignity, but also clothed with character and integrity. I really wished that cop27 had more female representatives.
As advisory to world leaders and focal points, the programmes were filled with negotiations. UNADAP’s delegation of advisors from seven nations were on the front lines of advisory and negotiations.
H.E. Sameh Hassan Shoukry, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Egypt, took over as President of COP 27 from H.E. Alok Sharma.The UN COP27 summit takes place on the frontlines of the converging climate, food, energy, health and debt crises: Africa. This presents a need and opportunity like never before to galvanise immediate, on-the-ground action in the countries that most need it.
In discussion with H.E. Ghada Fathi Waly, serving as the Director-General/ Executive Director of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV)/ United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). Ms. Waly served as Minister of Social Solidarity of Egypt from March 2014 until December 2019. She also served as the Coordinator of the Inter-Ministerial Committee for Social Justice and chaired the Executive Council of Arab Ministers of Social Affairs in the League of Arab States from 2014 to 2019.
Plenary Presidential sessions: Had the pleasure to walk to the Presidential plenary with the most powerful woman in Europe, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission. This is her COP27 statement: "We must work relentlessly to adapt to our climate – making nature our first ally. This is why our Union will push for an ambitious global deal for nature at the UN Biodiversity conference in Montreal later this year. And we will do the same at COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh."

Had discussions about the mind of the U.S. and climate action, with U.S. Ambassador to Egypt, H.E. Daniel Rubinstein, H.E. Andrew Moffat, Senior Advisor to U.S. Department of State. Amazing sharing on the Scientific contribution of NASA to the world, with the genius, Dr. Tahani Amer, of NASA. I will be collaborating with Dr. Amer for my Harvard Kennedy research, as she’s an alumni as well.
With Youth Ambassadors, Imman Kajtazović (Bosnia & Herzegovina) and Oliwia Kałużna (Poland). Both are the Sheik Zayed Sustainability Prize winners. I honoured them for their great work towards climate change.

The ISA is guided by its ‘Towards 1000’ strategy which aims to mobilise USD 1,000 billion of investments in solar energy solutions by 2030.

The launch of the International Solar Alliance (ISA) was announced by H.E. Mr. Narendra Modi, the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and H.E. Mr. Francois Hollande, former Hon’ble President of France on 30th November 2015, at the 21st session of United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP-21) in Paris, France. Former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon attended the launch. The ISA is guided by its ‘Towards 1000’ strategy which aims to mobilise USD 1,000 billion of investments in solar energy solutions by 2030, while delivering energy access to 1,000 million people using clean energy solutions and resulting in installation of 1,000 GW of solar energy capacity. This would help mitigate global solar emissions to the tune of 1,000 million tonnes of CO2 every year.

Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
The UAE-India CEPA was signed on 18 February 2022 & entered into force officially on 1 May 2022. The CEPA, which was signed in February, is expected to increase the total value of bilateral trade in goods to over $100 billion and trade in services to over $15 billion within five years.
The immediate benefits will include:

Psalms 121:4 “Indeed, He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.”
The Executive Director of UNADAP, Dr. Dominic F Dixon, at the UN Headquarters in New York, vehemently and categorically condemned the statements made by Mr. Miloon Kothari, member of the UNHRC commission of inquiry against Israel, and comments that were then defended by his fellow commissioners, Navi Pillay and Chris Sidoti.
Over fifteen counties, including Canada had condemned the statements made by Mr. Kothari.
When UN commissioner Miloon Kothari ranted about the ”the Jewish lobby,” he was called out for antisemitism by Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, US.
Special envoy of the United States Deborah Lipstadt, and Canada’s Special Envoy, Professor Irwin Cotler, have condemned Kothari for antisemitism.

President of the UN Human Rights Council, Federico Villegas also condemned the statements made by Kothari.
The UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres issued the following statement: “The Secretary-General has always been extremely clear in saying that there is no room for antisemitism in the work of the UN. Second, Israel is unquestionably a Member State of the United Nations.”

According to UN Watch Executive Director, Hillel Neuer, “This commission is perhaps one of the most anti-Israel bodies ever created in the history of the United Nations. It has 18 full-time staff who are tasked with collecting evidence to be used in legal tribunals to prosecute Israelis. There is no question that their goal is to declare Israel an apartheid state. That’s why they chose Navi Pillay as the chair. She’s from South Africa. Two years ago she signed a petition to governments lobbying them to “Sanction Apartheid Israel!””
Dixon has called for the sacking of Mr. Kothari and banning him from ever having a platform at the United Nations. In the past, at the UN Office at Geneva, Dixon had condemned the statements made against India by the UNHRC Commissioner, Michelle Bachelet, who had attempted to undermine the sovereignty of India and interfered with internal matters. Dixon further stated, “There is a lobby and an agenda by the office of the UNHRC, to undermine democracies at the behest of anti-Semitic states with deep pockets. The UN has become a lobbyist organization and one of the most status quo and redundant organizations and the costliest to run. The UN has not been able to stop wars as its mandate, but it creates international tensions, and then tries to solve it. Special Consultative Status & Observer organisations as UNADAP, MORE, UN Watch, etc. have been the conscience of the UN, but it’s a lofty pursuit.”
UNADAP is grateful to the U.S. Secretary of State, Antony Blinken and the U.S. diplomatic department for the extended support, as Dixon registered his protest at the Halls of the UN Security Council, UN General Assembly & and th UN Economic & Social Council.
India and Israel Relations:
Israel and India established full diplomatic relations on January 29, 1992. However, even before that, Israel had a Consulate in Mumbai, operating since 1953. Following the establishment of diplomatic relations an Embassy opened in New Delhi, and the Consulate in Mumbai became Consulate-General. In addition, an Honorary Consulate operates in Kolkata.
During the years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, much progress has been made on the bilateral level. India is increasingly becoming central to Israel’s policy, politically, commercially, in science and culture. Israel is appreciative of the fact that Jews in India were never persecuted.

The Mayor was cited with UNADAP’s accolade of ‘Sustainable City Champion’ for UNSDG 11 - SUNSTAINABLE CITIES AND COMMUNITY to “Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable”.
UNADAP has been working on the SDGs in Canada since 2017, and the city of Edmonton has been the prime focus.
Mr. Sohi is a man of humility, passion and a reputed politician. From a cab driver in Edmonton, to a Politician.
Mr. Sohi previously sat as a member of Parliament (MP) and served in the federal Cabinet from 2015 to 2018 as the minister of infrastructure and communities, and from 2018 to 2019 as the minister of natural resources. Sohi was born in India and is the first visible minority to serve as mayor of Edmonton and is one of Canada's first mayors of Punjabi descent.
They had discussed about their personal legal past, struggles and how they've bounced back victoriously and now serve their community, countries and humanity.

Raisina Dialogue is India’s premier foreign policy and geoeconomics conference. Over 200 speakers from 90 countries are participating in the seventh edition.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the seventh edition in the presence of foreign dignitaries, including chief guest Ursula von der Leyen, the European Union Commission President. Prominent world leaders for the annual foreign policy conference, included former Prime Minister of Sweden Carl Bildt, former PM of Canada Stephen Harper, former President of Maldives Mohamed Nasheed and former Australian PM Anthony Abbott.
UNADAP Executive Director., Dr. Dominic Dixon was part of the delegation with world leaders and foreign policy experts on geoeconomics.
Dr. DIxon was with H.E. Carl Bildt, Former Prime Minister, Sweden; Co-Chair, European Council on Foreign Relations; and Mr. Ashok Malik, Policy Advisor, Ministry of External Affairs, India. Dr. Dixon was pleasantly surprised to be appreciated by the Foreign Secretary of India, Harsh Vardhan Shringla, for his work of peace in foreign policies.

DR. DIXON'S REBUTTAL - American hypocrisy & European collective ‘American’ hegemony’:
U.S. view: Greater significance was exuded in the backdrop of the unfolding invasion of Ukraine by Russia. American delegates continuously contended that India “has to” and “must” condemn Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and that India cannot be silent.
DIXON'S RESPONSE:
Preface: The last time I checked, India was an independent State, no longer do we carry a colonial mindset of subservience. Therefore, India has its own way of the use of vocabulary and do not rely on the rhetoric or the universal colloquial use of the English narrative whilst addressing international matters.
I wish to echo what Nelson Mandela had once said. “One of the mistakes which some political analysts make is to think their enemies should be our enemies,” he said which was met by applause. “Our attitude towards any country is determined by the attitude of that country to our struggle.” So, America, your enemies are not ours!”
By the way, we have been in World War 3, since decades ago.
The biggest problem with the U.S., is that it has no resolve for their own problems, with an internal civil war with the persecution of Black Americans. The U.S. incarcerates more of its citizens than any other country in the world. The U.S. along with the UK, both permanent members of the UN Security Council had invaded Iraq, killed, looted and raped its people in an act of war, and no one was held accountable. Let’s not start with the mess that U.S. has caused in Afghanistan.
At this rebuttal, the American delegates responded to me saying, “Well, America is the leading producer of oil, not Russia. America is the most powerful…” and the list of futile gloating continued.
My response: Seriously? Powerful? By what parameters?, The number of homeless in the US is estimated at 552,830. With around half a million individuals living in a state of homelessness. The poverty rate in the U.S. is 11.4%. In 2020, there were 37.2 million people in poverty, approximately 3.3 million more than in 2019.

As we do our little bit, we are excited about our new concept of food distribution.
India must become ‘Athmanirbhar Bhart’, ‘self-reliant India’ as is Prime Minister Modi’s economic vision and economic development in the country.

UNADAP has developed an organized, ‘each-one-reach one’, and ‘one-community-to another’ outreach modality for food distribution for anyone in need. As shown in the picture, at the DUBAI chapter, we use biodegradable packaging, with zero plastic usage to package the produce. All produce and essentials are within the national nutritional standards. The world as we know it, will one day turn into a ball of fire; but, till such time, let us be good stewards of the planet, so that we may reap the promise of a new heaven and a new earth.
Question to governments:
What carbon taxes are Bitcoin, NFTs and other crypto currencies paying? Nothing!
Both Bitcoin and NFTS (Non-Fungible Tokens) which are the digital equivalents of cash and collectibles, generates the same amount of carbon emission and footprint per transaction, equivalent to 680,000 plastic card transactions at super markets, or an equivalent of over 51,000 hours of YouTube gorging.
India has constantly committed to its responsibilities and obligations to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). India is a forerunner in Climate Action, and the Climate Action Tracker has rated India’s efforts as ‘2 degree compatible’, which means that if all countries made efforts like India’s average global temperature; rise could be limited to 2°C by the year 2100, in keeping with the Paris Agreement and Kyoto Protocol. According to Babul Supriyo, MoS Climate Change, GOI, “India is the world’s only major economy to be rated so. India’s intensity of GDP reduced to 12% between 2005 and 2010 while a reduction of 24% was achieved between 2005 and 2016.”

We have not been good stewards of this planet: Isaiah 24:4-5 gives us the bitter reality of what we’ve done to the earth: “The earth dries up and withers, the world languishes and withers, the heavens languish with the earth. The earth is defiled by its people; they have disobeyed the laws, violated the statutes and broken the everlasting covenant.”
Therefore, let us be mindful that we are stewards on God’s green planet, and we must take care of it, as Mother Earth takes care of us.

Dr. Dominic F Dixon, Executive Director of UNADAP was the National Focal Point at the COP26 in Glasgow, Scotland. He was in high-level discussions with world leaders to join the Global Methane Pledge, which aims to reduce methane emissions by at least 30 per cent below 2020 levels by 2030. Canada has now pledged to reduce methane emissions in the oil and gas sector by 75 per cent below 2012 levels by 2030. Leaders of developing nations have sought $1.3 TRILLION a YEAR in climate financing from 2030, from wealthy nations. Part of the proposal was to draft sanctions to discourage and totally cease the subsidy and usage of coal.

PROJECT RESCUE
From a brothel house to a house of refuge - the resuce of 40 bonded sex workers and children!
Made a one day stop at Pune, Maharashtra for the launch of PROJECT RESCUE
When you’re broken, you can either fall victim to the psychological adage that, “broken people break people”, or you could claim the Scripture that strengthens you, God has called me “… to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners…” (Cf Isaiah 61:1)
Today was the launch of Project Rescue, a project that rescues commercial sex workers, and their children. This project has recently rescued around 40 women who were at brothels in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The very building of Project Rescue itself was a brothel and surrounding this building are other brothels. Led by Dr. Mathew Daniel & Mrs. Danile, and team, the building has a daycare, a nursery, a baking department, a kitchen, a primary healthcare facility, etc.
Young and minor girls were rescued by the cops, and Project Rescue went to the Courts and legally enrolled theses girls for the rehabilitation program. Before Project Rescue, in the basement of this building, these minor girls were dumped in torture cells to be broken emotionally, mentally to the point that they succumb to the cravings of deranged men with evil passions. Once rescued, these girls bravely testified against the traffickers and jailed them. These girls now live in a protected environment, free as a butterfly; this the name TITALEE in Hindi, which translates as BUTTERFLY in English.
The women who have been rescued are taught skills in-house to earn a decent living and this project has a daycare for the kids of these women, and everyone is provided with all their meals and requirements.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Dr. N Priyanka IPS, along with the jurisdiction Inspector of Police has promised me with full security for this project against thugs or disgruntled traffickers. Furthermore, the DCP, a medical doctor herself, has expressed to assist us in connections with gynaecologists for routine check ups of these precious women. The jurisdiction police inspector has also assured of round the clock availability.

There is an ambulance as well in case of emergencies, and this ambulance of Project Rescue is being offered free of cost to the local community as well.
ANTI-CONVERSION BILL KARNATAKA
UNADAP delegation with the Government of Karnataka | Hon'ble Law & Home Ministers
Dr. Dominic Dixon, the Executive Director of UNADAP, was graciously welcomed by the Hon’ble Law Minister of Karnataka, Sri. J.C. Madhuswamy, and the Hon’ble Home Minister of Karnataka, Shri Araga Jnanendra, right after the cabinet meeting at Vidhana Soudha (State Government office); to discuss the prevailing issue of the Anti-Conversion Bill. The purview of this bill is under the Hon’ble Ministers.
The Church in India, collectively, with a strong concentration in Karnataka have alleged that the move by the Government of Karnataka is unconstitutional. Dr. Dixon has asked the Hon’ble Ministers who are the key ministers in this bill, to consider the diminishing statistics of Christians in the country and the good work that the community has executed, as a peace loving and sacrificial unit. He expressed to the ministers that he himself is a practising Christian, to which the Ministers have stated that the Anti-Conversion bill is not targeted at any community, but to penalise forced and illegal conversions. They are in appreciation of the good work done in the State by Christians.
Whilst the bill is scheduled to be tabled during the upcoming winter session of the Assembly in Belagavi from December 13-24; Dixon requested the Ministers to ensure that Church services are not affected and to provide adequate security for the well being of Christians who have expressed their worst fears. The Home Minster has assured Dixon that there would be no attacks on any community and Church services will not be disrupted as feared by the Church, during Assembly sessions in Belagavi.
The Hon’ble Ministers have assured Dixon that Christians and all minorities have equal rights as per Article 25 of the Indian Constitution, and that the State government will ensure such freedom.
A statement from the government would be made shortly.
Dixon would have met with Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister, Shri Basavaraj Bommai on the 6th to discuss this matter, but PM Modi had a delegation with Russian President Putin on the 6th as scheduled.
Dixon will be submitting a report to various International organisations and forums and to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India in due course.

Meeting with NITI Aayog Vice-Chairman, Dr. Rajiv Kumar. New Delhi
His Excellency, Dr. Rajiv Kumar, the Hon’ble Vice-Chairman of NITI Aayog, India's official Think Tank, the rank and status of Cabinet Minister and UNADAP’s Executive Director, Dr. Dominic F Dixon engaged in a fruitful consultation on matters pertaining to India’s national interest. The Hon’ble Prime Minister who is also the Chairperson of NITI Aayog, was occupied with the elections in West Bengal, as even the meeting with French foreign minister Jean-Yves Le Drian and the Prime Minister was cancelled due to a COVID related response.
Discussions between the Chairperson and the Executive Director were on India’s diplomatic relations, India’s economy, India’s vaccine drive and the foreigners in India.
UNADAP OFFICIAL: Meeting with H.E. Ambassador Indra Mani Pandey, Permanent Representative of India to the UN and International Organisations in Geneva.
Dr. Dixon held discussions on prevailing issues concerning India, with India’s perspective of matters vis-à-vis concerns with the Office of the Commissioner of Human Rights. The Ambassador was encouraged with Dr. Dixon's statement made at the UNHRC on the 15th, and he has graciously invited him back to speak at the first session of the HRC next month at the UN office in Geneva.
The Ambassador is a man of humility, and integrity.

Hand picked by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, as the Information Commissioner of India, Mr. Uday Mahurkar is the watchdog for the Government of India’s Right To Information Act, at the Central Information Commission, New Delhi. He is also a judge for hearing appellate RTI cases.
Mr. Mahurkar is a man of impeccable integrity, assured Dr. Dixon of his commitment to fighting for justice and a corruption-free India.

Meeting with the Consul General of India to Dubai, Dr. Amman Puri at the Indian Consulate in Dubai
Dr. Dixon was received by His Excellency, Dr. Amman Puri, the Consulate General of India in Dubai. They had Discussed several pressing matters regarding the welfare of Indians in the UAE. Dr. Dixon requested the CG to take forward the diplomatic request to ease travel protocols for Indians travelling to Dubai, which Dr. Dixon has earlier addressed to the UAE Ambassador to India and the Minister of State for External Affairs, Shri V. Muraleedharan.
Discussion were extended to various diplomatic and political matters as well.
Dr. Puri will be leading a delegation to Tel Aviv, Israel in December, whilst I would be leading another delegation to Eilat, Israel, during the same week.

Indian Prime Minister, Modi Ji met Pope Francis in Rome at the Vatican
Pope has graciously accepted the invitation of PM Modi
India's Foreign Secretary, Harsh Vardhan Shringla, in a press conference, said, "The last Pope visit to India was in 1999. The Pope has graciously accepted the invitation of PM Modi. And in his own word and I am paraphrasing it, he said you have given me the greatest gift. I am looking forward to visiting India." He added that the Prime Minister gave his Holiness a candle stand and a book about India's environmental commitment. Pope responded with a bronze plaque inscribed with the words "the desert will become a garden."

The Covid-19 situation in Karnataka is deteriorating with each passing day and "we have reached a stage where things have become uncontrollable", said Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa.
The Executive Director of UNADAP, Dr. Dominic F Dixon, had received his first dose of COVISHIELD vaccine. Dr. Dixon was welcomed by Dr. Shugota Chakrabarti, the Chief of Medical Services at ASTER CMI Hospital. Aster is a reputed hospital in Bangalore, India, with highly skilled and courteous medical professionals with the highest level of ethics and care.
BS Yediyurappa said, "Three to four people are infected [with Covid-19] in every household. The PM [Prime Minister Narendra Modi] has said the only solution now is to wear mask, sanitise hands and follow social distancing. There is no other way to stop Corona." "I request people with folded hands: Do not step out of your home unnecessarily. The situation is deteriorating and we have reached a stage where things have become uncontrollable," BS Yediyurappa said. (Source: India Today)

Dr. Dixon has suggested that, "It is the civil duty of every Indian citizen to be inoculated, to protect oneself and the others around us." He further stated that "We should refrain from conspiracy theories and honour medical sciences and the guidance issued by that discipline." He further stated that, "The virus is not as respecter of persons, to target an ethnic or religious group, but it is a virus that has affected all of humanity, with devastating effects. No one was prepared for this calamity, but, we are all in this together."
Dr. Chakrabarti is hopeful that the state would receive adequate amounts of doses for its population, along with the required amounts of oxygen. He further stated that "We at Aster want to ensure the public that it is totally safe to take the vaccine as my colleagues and I have taken both the doses without incident."

The life of Christ influenced Gandhi and the life of Gandhi influenced a nation. How are you being influenced?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi: There was nothing notably honourable about his birth. Born in a village and sold tea at a railway station. With sheer determination and hard work, now world leaders stand in line to have tea with him. During the pandemic, over 22 country’s Prime Ministers and Presidents have called on the PM to help save lives with the Indian vaccines. Love him or hate him, history will always refer to Mr. Modi as, HONOURABLE.
MOTHER TERESA: In times where Indians travel to the US, Europe, Australia, Canada and all over the world for education, prosperity and migration, Mother Teresa, an Albanian woman who committed her life to the service of humanity, came to India to serve Indians.
Teresa said, "By blood, I am Albanian. By citizenship, an Indian. By faith, I am a Catholic nun. As to my calling, I belong to the world. As to my heart, I belong entirely to the Heart of Jesus.
In 1979, Teresa received the Nobel Peace Prize "for work undertaken in the struggle to overcome poverty and distress, which also constitutes a threat to peace". When Teresa received the prize she was asked, "What can we do to promote world peace?" She answered, "Go home and love your family."

Foreign Affairs Minister, Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar
Celebrated former top diplomat Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar has been appointed the new Minister of External Affairs. Jaishankar, who was previously the foreign secretary during the Narendra Modi government's first term in office, was a surprise addition to the Narendra Modi Cabinet 2.0, which took oath on Thursday.
Before he became the foreign secretary, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar served as India's ambassador to the United States as well as China.
A 1977-batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar played a major role during the Doklam stand-off negotiations with China. The 2017 Doklam stand-off was among India and China's worst crises; Chinese and Indian soldiers were engaged in an eye-to-eye confrontation for over two months.
Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, who had China expertise thanks to his experience of serving as Delhi's ambassador to Beijing, led the negotiations to resolve the crisis.
During the Manmohan Singh years, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar was involved in negotiating the landmark and controversial Indo-US nuclear deal.
Subrahmanyam Jaishankar is the son of late K Subrahmanyam, one of India's leading strategic analysts. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar is a graduate of St Stephen's College and has an MA in Political Science and an MPhil and PhD in international relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
S Jaishankar is married to Kyoko Jaishankar and has two sons and a daughter.
In 2019, S Jaishankar was conferred with Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award of India.

Today we also honour the human rights defenders risking their lives to protect people in the face of rising hatred, racism, intolerance and repression.
Indeed, human rights are under siege around the world.

Dr. Dominic Dixon, Executive of UNADAP was a delegate along with diplomats to the UN.
These are very real situations, the names of states and embassy have been changed.
SESSION ONE:
Training to handle demographic land dispute and settlement of two peoples' group with the endangerment of genocide.
For land settlement, Dr. Dixon had to simulate as the country representative for the right to self determination as a peoples group. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the United Nations were the observers. The final agreement was to call for a truce and to allow minorities the right to education, the right to mother tongue, the right to public sector jobs and the right of the minority group to run for office. The ultimate goal would be for 'one nation one people'.

Dr. Ravi Kandal talked about the destruction of Tibet’s environment and ecological system, displacement of nomads, assimilation of Tibetan language and culture as well as various hydrological projects, which also threatens the sustainability of water resources in the neighboring countries.
Shri Ravi Kandal was apprised with the exiled Tibetan Parliamentary composition and functions, its electoral system as well as the its session.
